Founder and Principle Dentist

  • Dr. Sadaf Fazel, BSc, DMD, is a University of British Columbia graduate, a multi-practice owner, and an Invisalign Diamond Provider. She has completed over 1,500 hours of continuing education in clear aligner therapy, occlusion, and restorative dentistry, and has treated approximately 1,000 Invisalign patients.

    Dr. Fazel is also a graduate of the Kois curriculum, an experience that strongly influences how she diagnoses, plans, and sequences treatment. Her approach emphasizes foundational principles such as comprehensive evaluation, risk assessment, and predictable execution, with the goal of creating results that hold up over time. This perspective helps her bridge orthodontics and restorative care, ensuring aligner decisions support the patient’s broader functional and aesthetic needs.

    As an educator and speaker, Dr. Fazel has taught thousands of dentists and shares clinical frameworks that improve confidence in case selection, treatment planning, and finishing, while keeping long-term stability at the center of the process.

  • Nazeem loves dentistry, and looks forward to taking care of peoples dental health.  He has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and helping people get out of pain.  He has lived in Vancouver most of his life, except for when he obtained his BSC from McGill University in Montreal.  After experiencing winter out east, he realized Vancouver was the best place to live, and settled here in 1996 after graduating from UBC.. He enjoys golf, tennis, cooking, reading, and traveling.  Nazeem looks forward to meeting you at your next visit to the office.

  • Dr. Jessica is a dedicated dentist with over seven years of experience and a specialized focus on biomimetic and integrative oral health. A Vancouver native, she earned her degree from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine before completing an advanced general dental residency at UCLA. For the past five years, she has practiced in New York City, where she has significantly expanded her expertise in minimally invasive techniques. Her clinical focus is comprehensive, spanning airway and sleep health, TMD management, and the reduction of oral contributions to chronic pain, all underpinned by a deep interest in the connection between dental care and whole-body wellness.
